We’re Hiring: Interior Designer / Architect
Experience: 3–6 Years | Specialisation: Retail & Mall Interiors
Prerna Mohan Design Studio is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Interior Designer or Architect with proven experience in retail, commercial, and mall interior projects to join our team in South Delhi.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, a practical understanding of execution, and the confidence to take projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes for retail and commercial spaces
• Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D views, renders, and impactful client presentations
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, estimates, and project documentation
• Conduct client meetings and present design concepts with clarity and confidence
• Coordinate with mall management teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams
• Manage site visits, execution timelines, quality checks, and on-site design implementation
• Ensure that the final execution aligns with approved drawings, materials, brand guidelines, and design intent
• Stay updated with current retail design trends, innovative materials, visual merchandising, and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in mall, retail, commercial, or hospitality interiors
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and presentation software
• Knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or 3ds Max will be an added advantage
• Experience in BOQs, project estimates, client presentations, and pitch decks
• Strong communication, client-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively with the team
• A keen eye for detailing, materials, finishes, and on-ground execution
