Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Interior Design Sales professional. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs and preferences, providing expert advice on interior design solutions and furniture, creating customized space planning layouts, and driving sales through personalized consultations. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills to provide excellent client interactions and build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create customized and functional designs.
- Sales expertise to drive revenue growth and meet defined targets.
- Knowledge of Furniture to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Proficiency with design software and relevant tools is an advantage.
- Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
