Job Title: Interior Design Sales Executive (4–5 Years Experience)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Interior Design Sales Executive who can convert qualified interior leads into confirmed projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design understanding along with the ability to handle client meetings, conduct site visits, and close deals confidently.
This role is a mix of design consultation + sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage company-provided interior leads
- Conduct site visits to understand layout, measurements, and feasibility
- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle needs, budget, and design expectations
- Provide design consultation and propose suitable interior solutions
- Prepare quotations and project cost estimates
- Present proposals professionally and address client objections
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed projects
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Coordinate with design and execution teams after project confirmation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in Interior Design Sales / Interior Consultation
- Strong knowledge of residential interior projects (modular kitchens, wardrobes, full home interiors, etc.)
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confident in handling face-to-face client meetings
- Ability to close deals independently
- Basic knowledge of design concepts is required.
- Willingness to travel for site visits
