Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Project Manager role based in Noida. The Interior Design Project Manager will oversee end-to-end interior design projects, from initial client briefing and concept development to final handover. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts and space plans, coordinating construction drawings, and selecting furniture and finishes. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as supervising on-site work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design intent. The Interior Design Project Manager will also collaborate closely with designers, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience with Construction Drawings, detailing, and coordination with contractors and site teams.
- Knowledge of Furniture selection, layout, and integration with overall design concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in residential interior projects in a fast-paced environment; prior on-site project management experience in Noida or nearby regions is an advantage.
