We’re hiring at Wall and Wood Design Studio — a growing interior design startup looking for someone who loves being on-site and making projects happen.
This is not a desk job.
This is not just about reporting updates.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing execution on-site, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day activities at project sites
• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, and labor teams
• Share regular progress updates with clients
• Ensure execution happens on time and aligns with the design plan
• Handle on-site challenges proactively and keep work moving
• Collaborate closely with our design team to bring concepts to life
Who We’re Looking For:
• Someone responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable managing people and coordinating teams on-site
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Prior experience in interior site execution
