Role Description
The Interior Design Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultations and concept development to the successful completion of interior design projects. Responsibilities include creating and managing space plans, supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors, developing and reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring impeccable execution. The role requires excellent collaboration with various teams, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and creating functional, aesthetic layouts.
- Strong expertise in Interior Design, including color schemes, materials, lighting, and other elements of design.
- Experience in Project Management, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of Construction Drawings and the ability to interpret, develop, and review detailed plans.
- Familiarity with Furniture selection, custom design, and placement that aligns with client preferences.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
