Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Interior Design Project Manager. The role involves overseeing design projects from conception to completion, working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, and managing space planning, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities also include supervising drawings, coordinating with contractors, going for selection of materials and furnishings, and ensuring all design elements align with the client’s vision and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments
- Prior Customer Interaction and understanding of their requirements
- Experience in Project Management and budget oversight to manage timelines and deliver successful outcomes
- Knowledge of Construction Drawings to effectively coordinate with contractors and architects
- Expertise in selecting and integrating Furniture into design projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in residential and/or commercial design projects is preferred
