Interior Project Manager – Roles & Responsibilities (Short Version)
- Manage turnkey interior projects from site handover to final handover.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise daily site execution and maintain quality standards.
- Plan and monitor material procurement and deliveries.
- Manage contractors, supervisors, and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and BOQ.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.
- Handle client meetings, approvals, and project updates.
- Complete snag rectification and ensure successful project handover.
