We’re Hiring | Interior Project Manager – New Center Execution
At Opulence, we’re gearing up to execute an exciting new center and are looking for a dynamic Interior Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish.
Role: Interior Project Manager
Location: Ambattur,Chennai
Experience: 1–2 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, manage, and execute the end-to-end setup of the new Opulence center
2. Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
3. Create project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
4. Monitor progress, quality, costs, and timelines to ensure timely delivery
5. Handle vendor negotiations, procurement, and site execution
6. Identify risks and proactively resolve on-site and operational challenges
7. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
8. Provide regular project updates and reports to management
🎯 Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, interiors, real estate, or coworking projects
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and vendor management
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently
Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and documentation
