High Creation Interior is looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to lead residential interior projects from execution to handover. If you have strong site management skills, can coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time with quality, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage residential interior projects.
- Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Manage materials, manpower, and project budgets.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Interior Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of residential interior execution.
- Experience in handling multiple sites simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project planning, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
