Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Project Manager role based in Navi Mumbai. The Interior Design Project Manager will oversee end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to execution and delivery. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand requirements, preparing and reviewing design proposals, supervising construction drawings and documentation, and collaborating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring that each project aligns with Hello December’s brand aesthetic and customer experience goals. The Interior Design Project Manager will also support furniture and décor selection, site visits, and on-site problem solving to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Construction Drawings and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Knowledge of Furniture selection, layout, and integration with overall design schemes.
- Relevant design software proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and strong visualization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills for working with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work on-site in Navi Mumbai, and adapt to a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
