We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Interior Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial interior projects from planning to final execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete interior fit-out and execution projects.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Plan project timelines, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Supervise on-site work including civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, modular work, painting, and furniture installation.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Handle material planning and coordination with procurement teams.
- Prepare project progress reports and client updates.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor labor productivity and vendor performance.
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained.
- Verify measurements, BOQs, and billing coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior project execution or site management.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, BOQ handling, and project planning.
- Strong understanding of materials, execution methods, and site coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in modular kitchen and turnkey interior projects.
- Vendor and contractor management expertise.
- Client handling and project reporting skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
