Role Description
This on-site, full-time role is based in Mumbai and requires an experienced Interior Design Project Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing interior design projects from concept to completion, space planning, creating detailed construction drawings, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results. The role will also require collaboration with teams to select furniture and materials suitable for premium restaurant and hospitality settings. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and adhering to budgets and timelines are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality
- Proficiency in Project Management for interior design projects, including coordinating timelines, budget management, and resource allocation
- Skills in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings and ensuring accurate implementation
- Knowledge of Furniture selection, layout, and procurement processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with vendor management and procurement practices in the interior design and construction industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
