Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of retail fit-out and interior projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and site staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities across multiple sites
- Assist Project Managers in planning schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources at site
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain proper project documentation (drawings, BOQs, approvals, etc.)
- Support in cost tracking and budget monitoring
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Identify delays/issues and escalate to management when required
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination (preferably in interiors/fit-outs)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or similar tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage deadlines
Preferred Skills- Experience in retail store projects or commercial interiors
- Knowledge of site execution processes
- Basic understanding of drawings and BOQs
