Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Professor role located in South Delhi. The professor will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, developing and updating curriculum, and assessing student coursework in alignment with professional standards. Additionally, the professor will mentor students on their creative projects, guide their design processes, and provide constructive feedback. Participation in faculty meetings, workshops, and collaboration with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in design principles, space planning, 3D visualization, and sustainable interior design
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development within a design education framework
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of current interior design trends and techniques
- Previous professional experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
- Commitment to fostering creativity and innovation in students
