Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Interior Design Lead. The Interior Design Lead will oversee the planning and execution of interior design projects, manage the development and customization of modular furniture, and focus on space planning and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves meeting with clients to understand their needs, leading the creative process, coordinating with different teams and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery, and providing innovative design solutions tailored to client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design practices
- Proficiency in designing and curating custom-made Furniture and working with FF&E
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Proven experience in managing projects from conceptualization to completion
- Relevant software knowledge in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects is a plus
