Intern Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Work)
- Assist senior architects and designers in preparing concept layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D models for ongoing projects.
- Support the team in creating presentation decks, mood boards, material boards, and interior design concepts.
- Work on AutoCAD/Revit drawings including floor plans, elevations, and basic detailing.
- Help coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design specifications are followed.
- Participate in site visits (if required) to observe project execution and assist in documentation.
- Assist in project documentation, BOQs, reports, and maintaining design files.
- Conduct research on design trends, materials, finishes, and space planning ideas.
- Support project managers in tracking timelines, updates, and deliverables.
Other Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
- Knowledge or interest in Architectural Design and Interior Design.
- Basic understanding of Project Management and workflow coordination.
- Familiarity with integrating design and construction processes.
- Basic technical knowledge of architectural tools/software.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools.
