Role Description The Interior Design Intern role at Triniya is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support the design team with space planning, mood boards, and layout drawings, as well as assist in selecting furniture, finishes, and FF&E items aligned with project concepts. Daily tasks include preparing presentations, organizing material samples, coordinating with vendors, and updating project documentation. The intern will also participate in site visits, measurements, and client meetings, gaining hands-on experience in residential interior design from concept through implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Interior Design and an interest in residential home interiors.
- Skills in Space Planning and layout development to create functional and efficient rooms.
- Basic knowledge of Furniture selection and FF&E (fixtures, fittings, and equipment) coordination.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and basic familiarity with presentation software.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
