Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Intern based in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting in space planning, selecting furniture and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and supporting the design team in creating interior concepts and layouts. The intern will collaborate with the team to produce design presentations, partake in client meetings, and contribute effectively to ongoing design projects to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and understanding of Interior Design fundamentals
- Knowledge of furniture design and selection, as well as FF&E specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a design team
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is desirable
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Interior Design or a related field
