Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle, from project brief to execution-ready drawings.
- Optimize design quality, project profitability, timelines, and overall creative performance.
- Coordinate with designers, visualizers, and project coordinators to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive innovation in material selection, sustainable design practices, and technology-enabled design solutions.
- Collaborate with design, operations, sales, and project management teams to improve workflows and execution.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and support sales pitch discussions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to project proposals.
- Manage multiple projects across different locations and business verticals.
- Develop scalable processes and data-driven systems to improve operational efficiency.
