Interior Design Head - M3M Gurgaon
- Lead end-to-end execution of interior design projects ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to project objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of design professionals, driving collaboration, productivity, and high-performance outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding requirements, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive design excellence through effective space planning, material selection, design detailing, and practical implementation of creative concepts.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment across stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project budgets and costs to ensure financial efficiency and delivery within approved budgets.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, including negotiations, timelines, quality checks, and service delivery compliance.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to ensure smooth operations, minimize delays, and maintain project efficiency.
