Skillz by Civilianz, Kerala’s dedicated Civil Engineering Skill-Up Institute, is looking for a passionate Interior Design Faculty to train and mentor aspiring designers through industry-focused learning and practical skill development.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging theory and studio sessions on interior design concepts, space planning, materials, detailing, and design processes.
- Train students in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Guide learners in assignments, projects, portfolio development, and practical design applications.
- Integrate industry practices, real-world case studies, and hands-on learning into the curriculum.
- Mentor students and contribute to course development, workshops, and academic activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in B.Arch, Interior Design, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of industry and/or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction details, materials, and visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle both classroom and practical studio sessions.
