Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Consultant located in Gurugram. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their design preferences, creating tailored interior solutions, and providing expert guidance on furniture selection and room layouts. Responsibilities include consulting on interior design projects, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets by offering personalized services. The position also involves coordinating with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and deliver professional consultations.
- Expert knowledge of Interior Design best practices, including space planning and layout optimization.
- Sales experience, particularly in customer-centric environments, with a focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Furniture styles, trends, and customization options to provide suitable design recommendations.
- Proficiency in design software or tools is an added advantage.
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
