Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Consultant based in Gurugram. The Interior Design Consultant will work with clients to understand their interior design needs, provide expert recommendations, and guide them through the design process. This includes collaborating with internal teams, recommending furniture and décor, creating design proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting sales efforts by converting leads into successful projects while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency and creativity in Interior Design with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality
- Experience in Sales and the ability to convert leads into successful projects
- Knowledge of Furniture and home décor trends to provide expert recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with design software is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred
