Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Interior Design Consultant, offering a competitive salary of up to 5 LPA. This position involves client consultations to understand their design requirements, collaborating with teams to create tailored interior design plans, recommending materials and furniture, and ensuring high-quality design execution aligned with client expectations. The role also requires maintaining excellent customer relationships and assisting with furniture selection, layout, and decor styling to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their requirements
- Proven expertise in Interior Design with a solid understanding of design principles, material selection, and space planning
- Sales skills to promote interior design services and solutions and help clients with informed decisions
- Knowledge of furniture selection and decor styling to deliver cohesive and functional designs
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus
- Flexibility to work on-site in Gurugram and actively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
