Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Consultant at our Gurugram location. The primary responsibilities include understanding client requirements, conducting consultations, and providing tailored interior design solutions. The role involves recommending suitable furniture and decor, managing design projects from concept to execution, and building lasting client relationships through excellent customer service. It also includes supporting sales efforts through design expertise to drive client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interior Design and an understanding of space planning and aesthetics
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to understand client needs and foster long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Sales with an ability to pitch design solutions effectively and contribute to business outcomes
- Knowledge of Furniture products and their applications in interior settings
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in a customer-focused or design-related environment is a plus
