Role Description The Interior Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, working closely with clients and internal teams to translate design concepts into high-quality, executable interior solutions. In this role, the consultant will meet with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and provide guidance on furniture, finishes, and spatial planning aligned with Ennezz AI Labs’ execution-first approach. The consultant will collaborate with designers, carpenters, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation, coordinate site visits, and resolve design-related issues during project execution. Daily responsibilities include preparing design documentation, supporting sales conversations with design insights, and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant will also contribute feedback to improve workflows on the Ennezz platform and help refine best practices for interior execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project.
- Proficiency in Interior Design, including space planning, material selection, and coordinating furniture solutions that align with execution standards.
- Sales and consultative skills to support design-led selling, present proposals, and guide clients toward appropriate design and execution options.
- Knowledge of Furniture types, finishes, ergonomics, and layout, with the ability to recommend suitable products for residential and commercial interiors.
- Relevant experience as an Interior Designer, Design Consultant, or similar role; exposure to technology-driven or systemized execution environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular site visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred; portfolio demonstrating completed interior projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment focused on process and quality.
