Position Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Interior Decorator who can conceptualize, design, and execute interior spaces for healthcare and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, innovative thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing, functional, and brand-aligned interiors.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Creative & Design Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior concepts aligned with brand identity, space usage, and guest/patient experience.
- Create themes, color palettes, material selections, textures, lighting concepts, and décor elements.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas for interiors that enhance ambiance, comfort, and functionality.
- Ensure each project reflects originality, creativity, and modern design trends.
Project Execution
- Design interiors for hotels, rooms, clinics, reception areas, lounges, common spaces, and staff areas.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, painters, and suppliers to execute designs accurately.
- Oversee on-site implementation to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Manage décor elements such as furniture, soft furnishings, lighting fixtures, artwork, and accessories.
Healthcare & Hospitality Focus
- Ensure designs meet hygiene, safety, and functional requirements, especially in healthcare environments.
- Balance aesthetics with practicality, comfort, and ease of maintenance.
- Design spaces that positively impact guest satisfaction and patient experience.
Collaboration & Planning
- Work closely with management, operations, and civil teams.
- Present design ideas, mood boards, and creative concepts clearly.
- Optimize designs within approved budgets and timelines.
