Role Description This full-time Interior Decorator role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Interior Decorator will plan and curate interior concepts, select color palettes, materials, furniture, and furnishings, and coordinate decoration details for residential and commercial spaces. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their needs, preparing mood boards and design proposals, collaborating with designers and vendors, and overseeing installation and styling to ensure high-quality execution. The role involves managing timelines, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams, and ensuring that projects reflect Archierio’s design standards and the client’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Decoration, including space planning and aesthetic coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Furniture and Furnishings, including selection, layout, and material understanding.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar), and basic project coordination skills will be beneficial.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work on-site with vendors and contractors are important.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in a studio or design firm setting is an advantage.
