Job Description
We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of an interior designer. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, extensive knowledge of architecture and design trends, and the ability to provide exceptional consulting services to our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Cut-list Preparation & Verification: Create accurate cut-lists based on interior design drawings, ensuring proper material selection, dimensions, and quantities.
Material Optimization: Plan efficient cutting layouts to minimize raw material wastage and improve cost-effectiveness.
Coordination with Teams: Work closely with the design, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate execution and timely material availability.
Inventory Management: Track material stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections to prevent errors, reduce rework, and maintain high production standards.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of cut-lists, material usage, and wastage reports while generating efficiency improvement suggestions.
Process Improvement: Analyze production efficiency and suggest improvements for better workflow and cost reduction.
