Role Description The Interior Consultant will work full time on-site at SPATRO’s Noida office, collaborating closely with project teams, clients, and vendors to deliver high-quality hospitality and commercial interiors. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, developing design concepts, preparing layouts and material boards, and supporting 3D visualization and space planning. The role involves coordinating with architects, MEP, and contractors to ensure that designs are functional, feasible, and aligned with project budgets and timelines. The Interior Consultant will participate in site visits, oversee finishes and detailing, support BOQ and procurement decisions, and help maintain design documentation and standards. The position also requires clear communication with stakeholders to ensure that each project reflects SPATRO’s commitment to experience-focused and commercially effective design.
Qualifications
- Strong interior design skills, including concept development, space planning, and selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Ability to read and prepare drawings and documentation (floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts) using design or CAD software.
- Experience or exposure to hospitality and commercial projects such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, banquets, or retail spaces.
- Skills in coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software) is highly beneficial.
