Job Description – Interior & Construction Site Supervisor
Company: SNC Promoters & Developers
Location: Delhi
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
About the Opportunity
SNC Promoters & Developers is actively seeking a competent and execution-driven Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in both interior fit-outs and civil/construction works.
This role demands a professional who can efficiently manage on-site operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered with precision, quality, and within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction and interior fit-out activities at the site
- Manage end-to-end interior design projects from concept to execution
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery through effective site supervision
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates
- Ensure appropriate material selection and application as per project requirements
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve on-site challenges
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Handle billing processes and maintain project documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction processes
- Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong problem-solving mindset for on-site challenges
Software Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of DPR (Daily Progress Reports) preparation
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for reporting and coordination
Preferred Project Experience
Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:
- Residential Projects
- Commercial Spaces
- Architectural & Civil Coordination
Growth & Career Progression
High-performing candidates will be considered for career advancement to Project Manager roles within 6–12 months, based on demonstrated performance and leadership capabilities.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Interior Design: Minimum 2–3 years (Required)
- Billing/Estimation: Minimum 1 year (Required)

Additional Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler for site travel
- Prior work experience in Delhi / NCR (South Delhi preferred)
