Client & Project Coordination
• Conduct qualification calls with prospective clients
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings with leadership/design teams
• Manage follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients
• Create and manage WhatsApp groups with all stakeholders
• Coordinate site visits, measurements, approvals, and timelines
• Keep clients informed throughout design and execution stages
• Schedule meetings for BOQ discussions, sample approvals, and handovers
Documentation & Operations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, appointment letters, and project documents • Maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and project records
• Prepare and coordinate legal and contractual documentation
• Track project progress, delivery timelines, and execution milestones
• Coordinate site documentation and handover formalities
Accounts & Payment Coordination
• Follow up on token amounts, advance payments, and pending dues
• Maintain payment tracking records and confirmations
• Ensure all payments are cleared before project handover
- • Coordinate between management and accounts for financial processes • Assist in budget tracking and operational cost planning
