Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Interior & Civil Execution Professionals based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include overseeing interior and civil construction projects, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining quality control standards. The role involves coordinating with design teams, managing site activities, sourcing materials, supervising onsite operations, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaboration with contractors, vendors, and clients is integral, and the role may also require resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of interior design, construction techniques, and civil engineering principles
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in software tools related to design, drafting, and project tracking
- Experience in quality assurance and on-site supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in interior and civil execution projects is an advantage
