Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Interior Business Head. The role involves overseeing operations, ensuring the successful delivery of turnkey interior projects, managing client relationships, and driving new business initiatives. Responsibilities include team leadership, project management, fostering collaborations with vendors, and ensuring all projects align with quality standards. The Interior Business Head will also be tasked with budgeting, establishing timelines, and working closely with designers and clients to bring visions to life.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and driving performance
- Strong proficiency in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in interior design concepts, space planning, and modular furniture manufacturing
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude for managing multiple, complex projects
- Familiarity with design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site and flexible to meet project demands
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Management, or relevant field preferred
- Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is highly desirable
