Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Interior Billing and Estimation Manager. The role involves overseeing the billing process, preparing estimations for projects, managing invoicing and billing systems, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of transactions. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams to analyze project requirements, executing revenue cycle management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The candidate will also support the alignment of financial practices with quality benchmarks and client satisfaction objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Billing Process, Invoicing, and Billing Systems
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements and ensure precise estimations
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management to optimize cash flow and manage financial records
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and validation of project costs
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and deliver under deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant billing and accounting software
- Previous experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
