Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Architect specializing in site execution, based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and managing the interior fit-out processes, ensuring adherence to design intent, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. Key responsibilities include interior design detailing, space planning, supervision of construction activities, quality checks, and aligning execution with project timelines. Collaboration with design teams and addressing site-related challenges are integral parts of this position.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Proficiency in Interior Architecture and Fit-out execution
- Strong background in Architecture, particularly related to interior environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site challenges
- Strong communication, coordination, and team collaboration abilities
- Experience in handling high-end or large-scale interior projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools
