We are looking for a Interior Designer to join our design team at Total Environment, a design-led real estate company known for creating sensitively designed and highly crafted homes.The role involves leading a team that works closely with homeowners to develop personalized, functional, and aesthetically aligned design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Development:

  • Build and mentor a team by providing training, support, and guidance.
  • Ensure the right people are in the right roles and drive a culture of ownership and excellence.


Quality Assurance:

  • Develop checklists and implement a QA system for consistent, high-quality design delivery.

Process Management:

  • Design and implement key processes for planning, communication, reporting, and analysis.

Knowledge Management:

  • Create standardization across products and projects in line with Total Environment’s design philosophy.


Design & Delivery:

  • Meet homeowners to understand requirements and develop design solutions that are simple, functional, and aligned with TE aesthetics.
  • Coordinate with structural, services, project, and site teams to ensure feasibility and design compliance.
  • Prepare and review construction drawings, specification sets, and BoQs.
  • Conduct stage-wise site inspections to ensure the work aligns with design intent.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent degree in Architecture or Design
  • Experience: 2 -8 years in residential design, interiors, or customisation
  • Strong in design detailing, documentation, and project coordination
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills
  • Familiarity with TE-style design and detailing will be an added advantage
