We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to conceptualize and execute interior spaces for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The role involves blending aesthetics, functionality, and technical knowledge to deliver spaces that align with client vision, budget, and building codes.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Concept Design: Develop 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material palettes based on client brief and brand guidelines
- Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, joinery details, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts using AutoCAD / Revit
- Site Coordination: Conduct site surveys, take measurements, and coordinate with civil, MEP, and contractor teams during execution
- Material Vendor Management: Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. Coordinate with vendors for BOQs, sampling, and procurement
- Client Interaction: Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and manage expectations through the design development stage
- Compliance: Ensure designs meet local building codes, safety norms, and accessibility standards
- Project Management: Track project timelines, budgets, and quality of execution. Support project handover with as-built drawings
#### Required Qualifications Skills
- Education: B.Arch / B.Des in Interior Design / M.Arch with specialization in Interiors
- Experience: 26 years in interior architecture for residential/commercial/hospitality projects
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of materials, finishes, construction techniques, ergonomics, and lighting design
- Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, client handling, vendor negotiation, time management
- Portfolio: Must have a strong portfolio of executed projects
#### Preferred Add-ons
- Experience with luxury interiors
- Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices
- Site supervision experience
