As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect / 3D & 2D Designer to transform architectural floor plans into functional, aesthetically appealing, and visually compelling interior spaces.
Role Overview
As an Interior Architect / 3D & 2D Designer, you will be responsible for developing interior concepts, 2D layouts, furniture plans, and high-quality 3D visualizations based on provided architectural floor plans and building layouts.
You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop design concepts, optimize space utilization, and create presentation-ready designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and practicality.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret architectural floor plans and building layouts.
Develop functional 2D interior layouts and furniture plans.
Create detailed 3D interior models, visualizations, and realistic renders.
Plan furniture placement, partitions, circulation, lighting, materials, finishes, and other interior elements.
Develop interior concepts for office, commercial, and building spaces.
Optimize available space for functionality, comfort, and aesthetics.
Convert architectural layouts into practical and visually compelling interior designs.
Prepare detailed and presentation-ready drawings, layouts, and 3D visuals.
Incorporate feedback and make design revisions based on project requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the design process.
Maintain accuracy and consistency across 2D drawings and 3D models.
Explore creative design solutions, materials, finishes, and visualization techniques.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of interior design, space planning, and architectural layouts.
Ability to interpret existing architectural floor plans and develop interior concepts from them.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings and layouts.
Strong proficiency in one or more 3D design and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar.
Good understanding of furniture planning, materials, lighting, finishes, and interior detailing.
Ability to create high-quality and realistic 3D renders.
Strong creative and visual design skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple design requirements and work within project timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architectural Visualization, or a related role.
Experience working on office, commercial, or building interior projects.
Experience developing designs from existing architectural plans.
Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D layouts, space planning, 3D models, and realistic interior renders.
Experience working with modern design and visualization workflows is an added advantage.
