Role Description The Interior Architect will be responsible for planning and designing interior spaces for residential, commercial, and healthcare projects, ensuring both functional efficiency and aesthetic quality. Day-to-day tasks include developing space plans, preparing design concepts, coordinating interior fit-outs, and integrating architectural elements with interior design requirements. The role involves working closely with clients to understand project needs, preparing drawings and documentation, and collaborating with contractors and vendors to oversee on-site execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District, requiring regular presence at project locations and the company office. The Interior Architect is expected to support cost-effective design decisions, maintain project timelines, and align solutions with Vastu principles where applicable.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture, with the ability to integrate structural and interior considerations.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out, including material selection and execution coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Space Planning, ensuring efficient layouts for diverse residential, commercial, and healthcare environments.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) is highly beneficial.
- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Strong visualization, detailing, and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and buildability.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members, and to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Vastu principles, sustainable design practices, and local building codes in Pune District will be an advantage.
