Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Interior Architect. The individual will be responsible for designing and planning interior spaces, developing concepts, overseeing interior fit-out projects, and collaborating with clients to understand their needs. Additionally, you will ensure that all projects align with architectural standards and adhere to quality and design benchmarks. Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders will also be a part of your responsibilities, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and developing efficient layouts.
- Experience in Interior Design and Interior Architecture, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
- Knowledge of Interior Fit-out processes and the ability to oversee execution.
- Strong understanding of Architectural principles in space and design integration.
- Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
