Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (in the worplace) role, based in Bengaluru, for an Interior Architect. The selected candidate will collaborate with the design team to develop and execute interior spaces that resonate with DSYNE’s vision. Key responsibilities include space planning, creating design concepts, developing interior architecture plans, coordinating design across disciplines and ensuring effective design delivery of projects. Regular client interaction and site visits are part of the role to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Strong knowledge of Interior Architecture principles and innovative design solutions
- Experience in managing Interior Fit-out processes and coordination with contractors
- Understanding of architectural principles and their integration with interior spaces across allied disciplines
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure high-quality execution
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Presentation tools. BIM experience would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience (or equivalent demonstrated expertise)
- Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in complex, high-caliber projects, particularly in international or multi-cultural contexts, is a plus
