Role Description:
The Interior Architect will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, collaborating with other stakeholders to develop interior concepts for residential and retail projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design proposals, space planning layouts, and interior architecture details, as well as coordinating interior fit-outs from concept through execution. The role involves creating 3Ds and working drawings and ensuring designs align with client requirements. The Interior Architect will participate in site visits, review construction progress, and work closely with site team and vendors to maintain quality, timelines, and budget. The position also includes client presentations, documentation of design decisions, and continuous improvement of design processes within the studio.
Qualifications:
- Ability to apply core design guidelines.
- Strong skills in Space Planning for residential and retail projects, with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
- Hands-on experience in Interior Fit-out processes, including detailing, material selection, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and with clients.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Gurugram.
