Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior architectural concepts and space planning solutions
- Prepare mood boards, presentations, drawings, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams
- Create detailed working drawings and construction documentation
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution when required
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design / Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar software
- Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and attention to detail
