🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural & interior design concepts for luxury projects
• Prepare detailed working drawings and presentation decks
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants
• Attend client meetings and assist in design presentations
• Conduct site visits to ensure accurate execution
• Resolve on-site design and detailing challenges
• Coordinate with site supervisors, draughtsmen, and project teams
• Review vendor shop drawings and material samples
• Assist in BOQ preparation and material specifications
• Maintain organized project documentation
• Ensure drawings meet design quality and execution feasibility standards
• Take ownership of project packages from concept to completion
🧠 What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
✔ 1–4 years of professional experience
✔ Strong design sensibility and detailing skills
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp / 3D tools
✔ Detail-oriented mindset with ownership attitude
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
