Role Description
The role is in CBPL Homes and full-time, Interior Architect role based in Noida. The Interior Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior architecture projects with a focus on functional and aesthetic excellence. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating interior design concepts, supervising fit-out projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements. The role also encompasses ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Interior Design and Interior Architecture, with the ability to create innovative and functional design concepts.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture, ensuring optimal utilization of space.
- Experience in Interior Fit-out projects, including execution and on-site supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and clients effectively.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous interior architecture projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage timelines and resources efficiently is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and trends.
