Plural Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd., established in 1997 and located in New Delhi, is a multi-dimensional architectural and Interior Design firm that focuses on creating sensible, delightful, and sustainable built environments. The studio offers a holistic perspective on planning, design, and architecture, integrating various design disciplines to cater to unique contexts and challenges. Plural Design prioritizes evolving a sensitive design vocabulary that is responsive to the natural and cultural history of each site.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for the following:
1. Interior Architect (Hospitality Projects): The role involves detailed knowledge of interior space planning, conceptualisation and presentation, services co-ordination, GFC documentation and drawings for a range of premium hotel interior projects spread across the country. Key responsibilities include efficient design management, preparing and co-ordinating detailed drawing packages and client communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture / interior design.
- 2-4 years of work experience (Preference to those with experience in hospitality and institutional projects).
- Proficiency in relevant CAD, sketchup and Presentation software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams.
2. Architect (Hospitality Projects): The role involves architectural space planning, conceptualisation and presentation, design development, GFC documentation and design coordination for a range of premium hotel and institutional projects spread across the country. Key responsibilities include efficient design management, client communication and the development of innovative and functional designs tailored to the unique needs of each project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- 2-4 years of experience (Preference to those with experience in hospitality projects).
- Space planning and Architectural ideation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant CAD, sketchup and Presentation software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams.
