Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior and Project Planning Specialist based in New Delhi. The position involves creating and implementing detailed project plans, coordinating with various teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and overseeing interior design elements to align with project requirements. The role requires consistent monitoring of project progress, comprehensive reporting to stakeholders, and ensuring the integration of aesthetic and practical design solutions within the construction framework. Collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-standard results is a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Control and Project Planning to manage timelines, budgets, and objectives effectively.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Planning capabilities to evaluate project data, forecast needs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Exceptional Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for tracking and reporting progress.
- Understanding of interior design principles and the ability to integrate them into construction projects is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
