About the role

Key Responsibilities 1. LMS Implementation & Management •Analyze system performance and optimization current platform and to align with organizational learning and development goals •Maintain and enhance LMS functionalities, including course creation, user management, reporting, and troubleshooting •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (IT, HR, L&D teams, and vendors) to optimize learning system performance •Develop and enforce LMS governance, policies, and best practices 2. Learning Analytics & Reporting •Design and generate dashboards that provide real-time insights into learning progress, compliance, and engagement •Leverage data analytics to track learning effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements •Develop automated reporting solutions to enhance decision-making 3. Knowledge & Content Management (SharePoint) •Build and maintain a centralized knowledge repository on SharePoint for easy access to learning resources •Structure, organize, and update content regularly to ensure relevance and ease of navigation •Drive adoption and engagement by training employees on using the SharePoint-based knowledge library effectively 4. Mandatory eLearning Compliance •Ensure 100% completion of mandatory training programs across the organization •Develop strategies for tracking and reporting compliance training progress •Collaborate with compliance and HR teams to update mandatory learning content as per regulatory requirements 5. Project Management & Learning Technology Innovations •Lead digital learning projects, including new system rollouts, platform enhancements, and automation initiatives •Define project scopes, set clear timelines, and allocate resources to achieve project goals •Work closely with IT and vendors for system updates, integrations, and troubleshooting •Provide senior leadership with timely and strategic updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enabling informed decision-making 6. Documentation & Process Optimization •Develop and maintain SOPs, training guides, and technical documentation for all learning systems •Streamline learning workflows and processes for better efficiency and user experience •Ensure adherence to data security and compliance requirements Key Skills & Competencies: SAP Success Factors LMS Expertise ;.Data Analytics & Dashboarding ;SharePoint Knowledge Management ;Project Management ;Stakeholder Management; Attention to Detail ;Excellent communication skills Qualifications & Experience: Education: Master's degree in HR/ Learning & Development Experience: 4+ years of experience in managing LMS platforms, digital learning technologies, or eLearning operations Technical Skills: •Proficiency in LMS administration, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools •Familiarity with eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and content authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) is a plus
